• You must be at least 21 years old to reserve a vehicle.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a driver of the vehicle category you are hiring.
• To conclude a rental agreement, you need to attach some personal document (identity card or passport).
• The minimum duration of one rental is 24 hours.
• A delay of 2 hours after the end of the rental period is considered an extended rental for another day.

Terms of use

1. Mapeh rent a car Čitluk, provides a vehicle for use, on time and under the conditions established by the rental agreement.
2. By signing this contract, the user confirms that he took over the vehicle in good condition.
3. The user undertakes to pay for the gasoline used during the rental.
4. The user undertakes to return the vehicle with all tires, tools, documents, standard and additional equipment with which he took the vehicle.
5. The user will return the vehicle on the agreed date or earlier at the request of Mapeh rent a car Čitluk. In case he wants to extend the rental, the user will request the consent of Mapeh rent a car Čitluk, at least 24 hours in advance and will pay an additional deposit at the same time.
6. The vehicle can only be driven by the user or the person named in this contract
as another driver, in case he has all the necessary qualifications and documents.
7. The vehicle may not be used:
– for paid transportation of goods and passengers
– for towing other vehicles
– for sports competitions
– if the user is under the influence of alcohol and/or narcotics
– if it is overloaded, i.e. if there are more passengers in it than is allowed by law for a certain type of vehicle
– for transporting animals, easily flammable and explosive material, material with a strong and unpleasant smell, and bulky material that can damage the vehicle.
8. The user may not assign his right under this contract, nor may he sell (sell) the vehicle and individual parts of the vehicle.
9. If the user exceeds the agreed deadline for returning the vehicle, without the prior consent of Mapeh rent a car Čitluk, the vehicle will be considered stolen, about which Mapeh rent a car Čitluk will inform the police authorities. In such a case, the user will bear full material and moral responsibility.
10. The user undertakes to take care of the technical condition of the vehicle during the rental period, to regularly check the coolant, oil, tire pressure, and to perform the necessary oil changes. The costs that the user may have in connection with these actions can be recognized by the user with the prior consent of Mapeh rent a car Čitluk and with the attached invoices. The user is responsible for all damages caused by improper maintenance of the vehicle.
11. The user is responsible for damage to the vehicle caused by improper use of the vehicle (use of the vehicle off-road, etc.), regardless of whether he has paid for the purchase of the franchise or
not. The user will be charged for vehicle towing costs, depreciation costs and loss of income on this basis during repairs. The user will also bear the costs that Mapeh rent a car Čitluk may have towards third parties, which are caused by improper use of the vehicle by the user.
12. The user is responsible for damage to the vehicle during the rental period, which is caused by the user or a third party, and in the event that the user gave false information during the rental
information about yourself, your address or driving documents.
13. The user undertakes to lock the vehicle and take the keys and documents with him when he is not using the vehicle. At the end of the lease
the user is obliged to return the keys and documents, or compensate for their loss.
14. The user releases Mapeh rent a car Čitluk from any responsibility for theft, damage and loss of property taken in the vehicle both during the rental period and upon return of the rental vehicle. The user undertakes not to charge Mapeh rent a car Čitluk for theft and loss of property.
15. The user will not bear the costs of mechanical breakdowns on the vehicle if he has taken measures to prevent such breakdowns from occurring.
16. During the rental period, the user will bear the costs of garage parking, fines for traffic violations and other non-regular costs.
17. Mapeh rent a car Čitluk does not bear any consequences caused by vehicle breakdown during the rental period.
18. In case of damage to the seals, malfunction of the kilometer counter or the vehicle, the user is obliged to stop driving and inform Mapeh rent a car Čitluk about it, from whom he will receive instructions for the further procedure.
19. The user undertakes to pay all costs under this within the deadline provided by law.
20. The vehicle is insured on the basis of auto insurance and auto liability.
21. The user undertakes to protect the interests of Mapeh rent a car Čitluk in the event of an accident by:
– record the names and addresses of participants and witnesses
– secure or move the vehicle to a safe place before leaving
– inform Mapeh rent a car Čitluk about the accident and submit a written report on the damage
– call and wait for the police authorities to carry out an inspection
If the user fails to carry out the specified measures, he will be responsible for all consequences and damages that Mapeh rent a car Čitluk may have as a result.
22. Damage to the vehicle in the amount of up to 1000 KM is borne by the user of the vehicle rental
23. Changes to the terms and conditions of the contract are possible only with the written consent of both parties.
24. In the event of a dispute under this contract, the Municipal Court in Čitluk is competent.
